From healthcare to finance, art and media to engineering and biotechnology, each section in this book explores how AI is reshaping roles across industries. Packed with real-world examples, this book emphasizes curiosity, adaptability, and human creativity as the keys to thriving.

Practical, insightful, and forward-looking, Jobs 2.0 steers the conversation away from fear of replacement towards a future where humans and machines complement each other and uniquely human skills become the greatest advantage.

Richa Dwivedi

Richa Dwivedi Saklani has spent over 20 years helping students answer a question they are asked far too early: 'What do you want to do with your life?’

As the founder of Inomi Learning, a self-discovery–based career and college guidance firm, Richa works with students and families to make education and career decisions more informed and thoughtful. Over the years, she has guided, coached, and trained more than 12,000 people across ages.

An alumna of IIM Ahmedabad, St. Stephen's College, and Jawaharlal Nehru University, Richa began her career in banking and equity research before finding her way into doing what she loves most: helping people build meaningful and successful lives. Her work combines psychometric tools, coaching, future-of-work research, and practical admissions insight.

Richa lives in Gurugram with her husband, Gaurav, and their twins, Ambika and Dev.
